How to Register for a Class

Registering for a Sweet Heat Ladies Gun Club class is simple. Follow these steps to secure your training date:

1. Request Your Training Date

Email debbie@sweetheatladiesgunclub.com with your preferred date and time. We’ll confirm availability before you submit payment.

2. Submit Payment

Once your date and time are confirmed, payment in full is required to secure your session.

3. Receive Your Confirmation

Once your payment is received, you’ll receive an email confirming your payment, class date, and registration.

4. Your Registration Is Complete

Your training date is officially secured once full payment has been received and you have received your confirmation email.

Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

All class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your scheduled session.

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please email debbie@sweetheatladiesgunclub.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled session.

With proper notice, your payment may be transferred to another available class date. You are permitted to reschedule one time only.

If you are unable to attend your rescheduled session, your payment will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to another date.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled class and have not provided at least 72 hours' notice, you will be considered a no-show. Your payment will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible to reschedule.

Policy Agreement

Each class requires advance preparation and dedicated instructional time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our registration and cancellation policies.

By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to Sweet Heat Ladies Gun Club’s Payment, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.
